My Process for Email Copywriting and Strategy

Research & Discovery

After you fill out the questionnaire, we will hop on a discovery call. In this call, we will find out if we are the right fit to work together.

Then, I begin researching your customers. I will analyze your current customer data, spot gaps, and then research to find the answers.

My goal is to solve problems – whats preventing conversions? What could drive more conversions?

Through Voice of customer research, I ask the right questions. First by figuring out what those questions are.

Writing

This is where I use all of the data I gathered in phase 1 and pull it all together to begin writing your email sequence.

The email sequence will be tailored to your customer’s pain points.

We will then hop on a call and I will present you with the email copy and answer any questions that you have.

Testing

In the final phase, we will review how the emails performed by hopping on one last call and analyzing the metrics. Then we can plan on what to do next, for example implement the new research we found to create another variation of the email sequence to further improve KPIs etc.
